Frequently Asked Questions

Boarding & Daycare:

   Pick up by 6pm

Boarding and Daycare:  7 days a week 6am-6pm

Daycare 1/2 day: 6am to 12pm or 12pm to 6pm

• *Flexible pick up and drop off times prescheduled, with an additional fee*
• * If pick up or drop times are missed (life happens, right?!) there will be additional fees, if past 6pm we will gladly keep your pup overnight at the normal overnight fee. More cuddles for us :)*

Grooming :7 days a week appointments required

Please ensure that you bring in or text a pic of your pups vaccination records. These vaccinations must be up to date

- Rabies

-DHPP/ DAP

-  Bordetella

- Heartworm & Flea Tick prevention 

Rabies

• Required for all dogs over 16 weeks of age.

Distemper, Parvovirus, Adenovirus (DHPP/DAP)

• A combination vaccine that protects against Distemper, Hepatitis (Adenovirus), and Parvovirus. 
• Must be current and administered at least 7 days before boarding.

Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

• Highly recommended for all dogs, especially those in group settings 
• Must be given at least 7 days before boarding.

Leptospirosis

• Recommended for dogs that are outdoors or in high-risk areas.
• Administered at least 7 days before service,

Canine Influenza (H3N2/H3N8)

• Highly recommended for dogs attending daycare or boarding facilities
• Administered at least 7 days before service? Yes / No
   

• Flea & Tick Prevention
  • Must be current within the last 30 days. 
• Heartworm Prevention
  • Must be current within the last 30 days 

Note:

• The dog must be free of visible parasites (fleas, ticks, etc.) and have no signs of illness.
• Proof of vaccinations must be provided upon arrival (either a copy of the vaccine certificate or a  signed letter from your veterinarian).
